Health

We deliver flexible, person-centred health and well-being services that help individuals heal, grow in confidence, and move toward a more independent future.

Empathetic, professional health support

Whether someone is aiming to return to work, re-engage with learning, or simply improve their day-to-day well-being, our support is here to help them take the next step. We know there are no easy fixes, but we believe big wins can come from people have a better understanding of how to manage their health, making them feel empowered.

Stronger together

We work in partnership with local authorities, community organisations, and employment support providers, and have strong, growing relationships within NHS networks, to ensure individuals get the right care, at the right time, in the right way.

Tailored to every journey

We understand that health and employment are deeply connected. Our holistic, trauma-informed approach is designed to help people build the resilience, confidence, and stability they need to be work-ready.

Professional, accredited care: Delivered by highly qualified clinicians and practitioners with deep experience in mental health, well-being, and recovery.
Flexible, person-centred delivery: One-to-one and group sessions delivered in person, online or by phone—tailored to individual circumstances and availability.
Trauma-informed interventions: We deliver anxiety management, trauma counselling, and confidence-building sessions to help individuals overcome emotional and psychological barriers to work and learning.
Support for physical health: We assist individuals in managing physical health challenges such as pain, injury recovery, and mobility issues—offering personalised, evidence-based support for every unique health journey.
Collaborative Delivery: We’ve worked in collaboration with major government programmes like the Restart Scheme and in conjunction with local authorities and providers to create health interventions that directly support long-term employment, skills and personal development goals.

Our people

Our team is what sets us apart. Led by Heidi Fish and built on a foundation of empathy, professionalism and lived experience, our people are here to guide, support and be that champion for people who come to us at a low point in their lives.

We’re proud to work with accredited counsellors, mental health specialists, well-being practitioners, and facilitators who understand the realities people face, and most importantly how to help them move forward.
