Our Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship is perfect for individuals taking their first steps into a career in customer service. It trains individuals to provide excellent customer service which can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors.
The duties of the apprentice will vary across the business type they are working in, but they will be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way – whether that’s by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints.
