AKG December Onboarding Incentive - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this incentive is AKG (“the Promoter”).

 

2. Incentive Overview

Learners who complete all required onboarding steps within the incentive period will be eligible to receive a £20 One4All or Amazon digital voucher (“the Reward”).

 

3. Incentive Period

The incentive is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive (“the Incentive Period”).
Only actions completed within this period will be accepted.

 

4. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Reward, learners must meet all of the following conditions:

1. IAG Session:
   • The learner must have completed or have a confirmed booking for their Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) session within the Incentive Period.
2. Onboarding Completion:
   • All required onboarding tasks must be fully completed by 23:59 on 31 December 2025.
   • This includes, but is not limited to: documentation, compliance checks, eligibility evidence, system registrations, and any steps communicated by AKG as part of the onboarding process.
3. New Learners Only:
   • The learner must be a new start who has not previously progressed beyond FDTL (First Day to Learn) scheduling before the Incentive Period.
4. Programme Acceptance:
   • The learner must be accepted onto the programme by AKG following standard compliance and eligibility checks.
5. One Reward Per Learner:
   • Only one Reward will be issued per eligible learner, regardless of multiple applications or programme interest.

 

 

6. Reward Details

• The Reward consists of a £20 voucher from either One4All or Amazon.
• The choice of voucher type is at AKG’s discretion.
• Rewards will be sent digitally to the email address provided by the learner.
• Reward delivery may take up to 30 days following confirmation of eligibility.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

 

8. Changes, Withdrawal & Liability

• AKG may modify, suspend, or withdraw the incentive at any time where necessary due to operational, legal, or security reasons.
• In the case of withdrawal, learners who already met the eligibility criteria at the time of withdrawal will still receive their Reward.
• AKG accepts no liability for:
  • loss, delay, or misdelivery of emails or Rewards;
  • failure of third-party voucher providers;
  • technical or system errors outside AKG’s control.

 

9. Data Protection

Learner data will be processed in accordance with AKG’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
Information will only be used for the purposes of administering this incentive and the learner’s apprenticeship onboarding.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this incentive, learners are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
