AKG held an early engagement webinar with providers and stakeholders from across employment, skills and health services to engage in discussion in what the future holds for employment support. Led by Graeme Fitzjohn, AKG Head of Strategic Partnerships with co-presenters Natasha Harvey, Business Development Director and Anna Trevers, Policy and Public Affairs Lead, the webinar set out to provide an overview of the Government’s objectives shaping the employment, skills and health landscape, to enable more people to access, sustain and progress in work. The webinar also reflected on the recent Pipeline Notice published by DWP on the Future Employment Support programme, which is envisaged to replace the current Restart Scheme, being delivered by AKG in the East Central contract package area, in 2028.
