AKG is delighted to announce it has been awarded two lots as part of Lincolnshire County Council‘s new Connect to Work programme:
- Out-of-Work Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
- In-Work Retention IPS and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF)
About Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a UK government-funded programme delivered locally by Lincolnshire County Council. The project provides tailored support to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and progress towards sustainable work opportunities.
AKG will support people who are out of work to move into sustainable employment, while also helping those already in work who are at risk of leaving their jobs due to health conditions or other barriers. The programme offers personalised employment support to help people achieve and retain meaningful work.
Partnership delivery across Lincolnshire
As part of the delivery model, AKG will work in partnership with Intuitive Thinking Skills (ITS) and Lincoln City Foundation to deliver out-of-work support across Lincoln, East Lindsey, North Kesteven and Boston Borough, while also delivering the in-work retention service across the whole of Lincolnshire.
Working closely with local partners, employers and community organisations, AKG is committed to helping more people overcome barriers to employment and build long-term, sustainable careers.
