1 – The promoter of this prize draw is AKG UK. 

2 – The prize draw is open to attendees of the Housing 2026 Conference & Expo, taking place at Manchester Central from 23–25 June 2026. 

3 – Entrants must: 

• Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 
• Attend the AKG exhibition stand in person during the event. 
• Complete the entry form and provide accurate contact details. 

4 – By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to AKG retaining and processing their personal data for marketing and sales purposes in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 

5 – AKG will not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data will be processed in accordance with AKG’s Privacy Policy. 

6 – Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by AKG. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified. 

7 – Employees of AKG, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter. 

8 – The prize draw will close at 4:00pm on 25 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included. 

9 – One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date and time. 

10 – The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided. 

11 – The winner’s name and/or organisation may be announced on AKG’s social media channels and marketing communications. By entering, participants agree to such announcement if selected as the winner. 

12 – If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification, or declines the prize, AKG reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

13 – The prize is a hamper containing food and alcoholic beverages. 

14 – The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered. 

15 – AKG reserves the right to verify the age and eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize. 

16 – AKG accepts no responsibility for any allergies, intolerances, adverse reactions, or other health-related issues arising from the consumption or use of any items contained within the hamper. Recipients are responsible for checking ingredients, allergen information, and suitability before consumption. 

17 – AKG accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, or otherwise not received for any reason. 

18 – AKG reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

19 – AKG’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

20 – Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

21 – These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
