Is Connect to Work right for me?
Connect to Work is a free, personalised support service for people who need a bit of extra help to find and stay in work. If you’re living with a disability, long-term health condition, or another support need that makes working feel harder, this programme is here to support you at your pace.
We’ll help you build confidence, prepare for work when you’re ready, and support you in finding a job that fits your goals and strengths. Once you’re in work, we’ll continue to make sure you have the right support to do well. There’s no judgement – just practical. expert help and a listening ear.

Who will be helping me?
You’ll be supported by Intuitive Thinking Skills, who bring a compassionate, people-centred approach to everything they do. They take time to really listen and understand your lived experience – not just your CV. Together, we focus on what matters to you, building trust, confidence, and personalised support that fits around your life.
Our support
Connect to Work is for people aged 18 or over (or 16 if you receive Universal Credit) who are able to live and work in the UK. If you’d like to work and feel you could benefit from some extra, personalised support, we’re here to help.
Some people may find it harder to find and keep work. We can support you if you’ve experienced any of the following challenges:

Being a carer, or having been a carer in the past

Serving in the Armed Forces, having served previously, or being the partner of someone who has
