Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship

Our Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship is perfect for individuals who are working in, or aspiring towards their first line management role with operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome.

They will ensure customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way – whether that’s by offering advice, answering questions or by handling complaints.

What's included

This apprenticeship will cover a range of knowledge, skills and behaviour topics including: managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, building relationships internally and externally, and more.

Eligibility criteria

Learners must be aged 16+, not currently undertaking another funded programme of learning, employed a minimum of 16 hours per week, currently a resident in England, a resident in the UK for the last 3 years (unless exempt) and must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Maths and English

Apprentices will be required to have Level 1 English and Maths, either Functional Skills or equivalent before completing their End Point Assessment (EPA).

Progression

On completion, apprentices may choose to register as Associate Members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management, to support their professional career development and progression. They may also progress onto the Level 5 Operations or Department Manager Level 5 apprenticeship, or a suitable Level 4 apprenticeship.
