We offer a person-centred approach to employment support that reflects the reality of people’s lives and challenges. We understand that getting back to work isn’t a linear journey, our approach reflects this reality, tackling real-world challenges with inclusive support that simply works. We take people from those hesitant first meetings to positive, future-focused conversations about the next step in their career.
Empowering people and communities
Our mission is to support individuals facing barriers to employment by providing tailored, compassionate, and effective services that lead to sustainable job opportunities and personal growth.
Our approach
Respecting the individual: Our employment coaches work one-on-one with participants to understand their unique challenges and aspirations, creating customised action plans to guide their journey back to work.
Integrated health and well-being interventions: Recognising the link between health and employment, we provide access to health professionals and wellness resources to address physical and mental health needs, that are essential for both work-readiness and fulfilment in a new role.
Skills development: Through targeted training and skills programs, we equip individuals with the skills and confidence needed to succeed at work and develop their careers.
Community collaboration: We partner with local organisations to ensure our services are responsive to the needs of the people we work with; we can’t do it all ourselves, so we have a trusted network who are on hand to help.
Employer services:</strong> We work with employers to deliver inclusive, effective recruitment solutions that benefit both businesses and communities.
