AKG UK has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
The recognition is based on confidential feedback from colleagues and reflects the experiences of women working across AKG UK. It celebrates organisations that are creating environments where people feel respected, supported and empowered to develop their careers.

Creating a workplace where people feel supported and able to do their best work benefits everyone. It helps us attract and retain talented people, strengthens collaboration across our teams and enables us to deliver the best possible service to the individuals, communities and partners we work with.
This commitment can already be seen through initiatives taking place across AKG UK. Earlier this year, we established a Menopause Focus Group to better understand colleagues’ experiences and identify where additional support could make a meaningful difference. The group is now helping to shape new guidance and resources, demonstrating how colleague feedback is being turned into positive action.
